こちらのヘビーフリースの生地は、14オンスと非常に重みがあり、50°F（10°C）程の低い気温でも暖かさを保ってくれます。ユニークで味のある風合いにするためガーメンドダイ*（縫製後に染色）が施されており、100％米国産の綿糸で縫製された後にカスタム染色した結果、収縮しません。ロサンゼルスアパレルガーメントダイ(染色衣料品)ラインの一部です。

カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスで、1時間あたり最大25ドルと残業代と手当てを稼ぐ縫製士によって生産されています。

* ガーメントダイは、1970年代初期に開発された常識を覆す新技術でした。通常白か素材そのものの色の生地で作られており、縫製等の工程が全て終わった製品を染めるという技法であり、先染めしたファブリックから製品をつくる従来の方法とは全く逆の発想でした。

この製品は、米国で100％製造され、NAFTAに準拠しています。

If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
