-アメリカ製 Laundress のセーターコームは、デリケートなニットやウールの毛玉を取り除くためにご使用いただけます。シダーウッドのハンドルに付いた 2 つの細かい金属メッシュ スクリーンが衣服を傷付けず、毛玉を優しく拾い上げます。衣服の目立たない部分でテストしてからご使用ください。お手持ちの衣類を平らな場所に置き、本製品を使用されたい部分に当て、コームを一方向に滑らせます。重みのある厚いニットは軽く触れるだけで綺麗になりますが、タイトなニットは複数回コーミングする事をおすすめします。

ご使用いただけるもの： ファインゲージウール、カシミヤ、メリノ、モヘア、混紡、合成繊維の薄手のセーター、ウールのスーツ、マフラー、帽子など毛玉が出やすいもの、袖口、襟、ウエストバンドなどのエッジ、これらをお手入れして頂けます。

お手入れ方法: ご使用後は毎回スクリーンから糸くずを取り除いてください。  「The Laundress New York」の刻印入り。

Shipping & Returns

If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.

If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
