Shipping Options

My order is within Japan. What are my shipping options?

Orders over USD $120 (EX: Daily Market Rates as of 1/3/20 is about JPY￥13,000) qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, you will be given a flat USD $18 (EX: Daily Market Rates as of 1/3/20 is about JPY￥2,000) shipping rate.

Where do you ship out of?

We ship out of a fulfillment center at 1020 E 59th St, Los Angeles, CA 90001 USA. We ship on Wednesday.

How will my order ship?

We use Nippon Express MailPlus Service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! But from the US Portal Site. Shipping to Japan is not available from the US Portal Site. Just note that there may be some taxes and customs charges that you will be responsible. Please note that all international sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. For more information, see: International Ordering

What are you international shipping options?

Orders over USD$120 will be eligible for free shipping via Economy service where service providers may vary.

Other options, depending on your country of destination may be Standard USPS, DHL Express. These service rates will be calculated based on your package weight.

How can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!!
