If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Very poor quality - threw it out immediately
Cute! A bit smaller than imagined
It’s cute but cheap
I was really happy with the watches size and shape it’s very dainty and comfortable. At $30 I wasn’t expecting high quality but I was a little disappointed by the actual quality.The band has a bit of stretch and the little chain on the band is kind of annoying. It easily gets caught on stuff. The first day I wore it the chain broke so I just pulled it off. I think the clasp will break next lol it was hard to set but my roommate figured it out she ended up using tweezers.
Cheap
I didn't find that the watch looked quite like the pic. It's definitely from China. There was a clear plastic film (not the kind you remove) on the face that was badly damaged when it got to me. This was a real disappointment.
