If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

I got the lavender sage one and it smells so good- perfect lavender/herbal smell and it really does last for me. At least way better than schmitts or ant other natural deodorant ive tried, also way better than the dove clinical, secret brand, and even the jack black one. I can be pretty sweaty too so im always impressed when a deodorant does anything at all- this one is a little pricey but it has been worth it and im gonna keep buying this one until I find something better!!
