If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Wrong Color & Wrong Item
I actually had a bit of trouble ordering these. I ordered three bags for my nieces and nephew; 1 shark, 1 fish, 1 whale. The shark I ordered was the orange with blue handles. It came orange with green handles (looked like a pumpkin). I replaced an order for the navy shark. Weeks later when I went to wrap the gifts to give away for xmas, I noticed the pink fish I ordered was a pink shark, which was disappointing. I understand it is probably a very busy times with lots of orders in early December, but it was disappointing to have two mistakes with my original order. The products themselves are adorable. Thank you.
Black Straps on Fluorescent Yellow
Good! I love the bag, the product photos for this color aren’t accurate. Website shows green straps, but black was received (which actually looks better imo). Update your site. Bag is sturdy and as expected otherwise, I’m excited to wear it!
Cute but too small
I bought this as a swim bag. Design wise it's SUCH a cute bag. However, is carry shampoo, conditioner, a swim suit, towel, cap and goggles, and a change of clothes. This bag was unable to fit all of my belongings. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars.
