If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Simple is best !
The nylon fabric is thick and durable. I use it for commuting, and the shoulder straps are well cushioned. I like the simple design.
