If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Absolutely obsessed
Fits perfectly, hugs every curve and is super flattering. Perfect length too.
Super pretty but super short
I love the dress and I love the color. I ordered a size small, I’m 5’7 120 lb and it fits amazing but its right under my butt cheek and it rides up as I walk. I’d wear it comfortably with a coat.
EXTREMELY short dress
I love the quality of the dress, but overall it was way way smaller than I anticipated. I’m usually a 2-4 in dresses (xs or s), and I got a small in this dress. Keep in mind, I’m 5’3” and this dress wasn’t even able to cover my butt fully. I really want to exchange it but part of me worries that if I do get a medium it’ll still be way too short, since the small wasn’t even passable. I feel like I need to size way way up just to make sure my butt doesn’t hang out of the bottom. This was my first purchase from LA Apparel and I was really excited :(
Good quality, but very short
I was really happy with the quality but it was super short. I initially ordered the XS and loved how it looked, but it was so short that I think after a few steps it was riding up over my butt. Surprising since I'm only 5'1". I exchanged for a S but that one was also extremely short and not as fitted as I liked.
Arrived damaged
It fit really well and is really cute but it arrived ripped so i cant wear it. They sent me a return label but i dont have a printer so not sure
