If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?

Awesome Gift for Dad
I got this as a birthday gift for my dad and he loves it for his iPad. It’s very gender neutral and the leather is thick enough to be protective. It feels very real (not plastic and fake), which is something that I can appreciate.
For Castings
I have a standard IPAD that I have my modeling portfolio on that I use to take to castings. This case looks elegant and the leather is nice and thick, which I feel protects my iPad from getting banged up in my bag.
Travel Must
Live the magnet. It snaps shut on its own. Leather feels very high end. I use this for my iPad and its a must for your carry on
Fits my ipad
I use this to protect my iPad. The leather is very thick and stiff, which is important. There’s even enough room to squeeze in my iPad pencil.
