The Cowboy Mule is an easy-to-wear slip-on mule made by hand right here in our Los Angeles factory using genuine cowhide and a sculpted wooden heel.
This artisanal product is made of genuine leather. All scars are characteristics of the skin and not imperfections. We hope you enjoy this unique handmade object.

If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Gorgeous shoes. No plastic feel because of the leather and wood. I can wear them anywhere because they’re dressy but not so much that it makes you feel over dressed. Just right! And if I can support locally made products, even better.
Cowboy-Core
Very cute shoes. I don't think I could go full on Cowgirl with the boots as they honestly seem very uncomfortable. These are a happy compromise. I did add insoles that support the balls of your feet and they make these very easy to wear all day. The soles are leather so they don't have any traction.

Very wearable and easy to style. I did put extra insoles for the balls of my feet because I felt the padding was a little lacking. The brown is a rich deep shade.
