If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

So affordable for leather
How are you selling a leather bag for this cheap?? Simple design but wow, I’m floored by the quality and price. And it’s made in USA? I can’t think of another brand that’s selling leather bags at this price point in the US. Maybe it’s because I bought my bag at the LA store? Just buy it!

Lovely little leather shopper. I have it in vanilla, which is a creme, and black. I find I’ve been reaching for this bag on most days.
Perfect casual bag
Perfecto casual leather bag for every day. I hate labels and brand names on my clothes and accessories. I use a leather cleaner to spot clean. I’ve had this bag in the cream color for a year and it’s still going strong.
The bag is pulled out to the sides to appear bigger in the photos.
The leather IS buttery soft like another review says, comfortable, and not stiff at all. However, I was very underwhelmed by how small this bag is. In the product photos, it appears wider and more spacious, but it's not really in person. I mean, it's a beautiful bag and feels amazing, but certainly not a "farmers market Sunday" type of tote as it appears in the photos. It's a lot narrower. Also, the arm holes are so narrow and I have slender arms. You can't wear it over your shoulder for most basic knit cardigans if the sleeve is even a little baggy. The models were probably holding on to this bag for dear life, not as casually as it appears.
