If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Cute top but runs extremely small!
The top runs extremely small. I am 5'3 and 125 lbs. size 34C and initially ordered a small. It was so tight I could barely get it over my head. Returned for a large.
Runs really, reallllly small
I kept this top because I need it and it was inexpensive, but it fits incredibly small. I'm normally a medium, got a large, and it fits like an XS (I'm 6'1", 160 lbs, size DD). I looked to see if I could exchange for larger, but they only go up to large...which is super odd, considering they run super small. Just be aware! You need to be teeny for this top!
Runs so small
I’m a true medium. 5’6 / 140 lbs / 34” chest… I ordered a large after reading the review about it running small but the large still felt too small for me. So skin tight. I wish it had worked because the color was beautiful and I loved how the fabric felt. �♀️

This top is very nice, well made and good quality materials. The only thing it was a tad small! I got the size L and I am usually a US 12 (so yes I was gambling) and it was a tight on my arms (I also have a large chest and tried it without a bra. I didn’t fit with one on). Also! Don’t be ****** like me, it appears a little more of a plum color on the website but it’s a true burgundy when you get it person. I would recommend it if you are smaller than me.
Great product
Was a little tight on me, im 5’11” and 155lbs, and got a medium. but its real stylish especially with the leggings to match. also pretty sure itll stretch out cause its velvet. its gonna be my holidays outfit lol. love la apparel!
