If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

United StatesWhile the watch is super cute, I thought it would be at least partially metal and a bit resilient but a tiny bit of water got on it and now it only shows half of the display. I am going to try to fix it because it’s the cutest most comfortable watch i’ve ever had but I just wish it was a bit more resilient and not so cheaply made, but in their defense it was only $24 and i probably should’ve read into the description more.
