If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

cotton plus polyestel ?
I like this product since 10 or more years before.This is compact ,but warm , easy to change the mood. Happy to get again with nice new color ! Maybe some of colors are not 100 percent cotton and I already got a hairball after 3 months use. About color representation on the web sight I think some of those are different from actual color. Especially for thinner color types. Add another color palette photo is better to buy.
