If you notice anything about the order, please contact us by email by placing your order number in the subject line, and attach photos of the item you received within 7 business days to our Japan customer service.
If the total amount of your order exceeds ¥ 16,600, if the order is canceled or returned after delivery for any reason, the import duty, consumption tax, handling fee and shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We exchange damaged items for free, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

it works and it’s cute!
So cute but doesn't keep time
I bought and returned 3 times thinking there was an issue but I think its just cause its deadstock and the batteries don't really work. One of them only changed minutes in time, one didn't change at all, one didn't show half the numbers. I dunno. But its cute.

I love this watch.I love heart jewelry and I like that it’s black and gold. I usually wear an Apple Watch, but when I want to feel/look a little bit more interesting I wear this one. I actually took it to a watch repair store to replace the battery because when it arrived it didn’t turn on. The jeweler opened it and tested the battery and told me that the battery was still good. I was afraid that the watch was broken. But when he replaced the back the watch turned on. He told me that it was a very good watch.
